Refund Policy

Thrana Classroom, which is working in a transparent mode, always ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner and that in case where a student expresses his intention of withdrawing his admission, thus discontinuing his classes, then he/she will have to submit the application for refund either in person or by e mail /post to the registered office stating the reason for refund. The date of submission of application for refund will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.

• Registration Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Course fee for the particular short term courses for a period within the duration of 90 Days/3 months is NOT refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Fees paid towards different courses shall be considered for refund as follows:

NOTE:

• Week-1will be counted from date of first installment of payment by student or date of start of course, whichever is later.
• Total payment at Classroom Course eligible for Refund is the sum of all fees excluding registration fee.
• Cost of services consumed calculation: Course MRP as per Prospectus x Number of days for which services consumed / Total Course Duration.
• Fee to be used for pro-rata calculation of service availed shall be on MRP as mentioned in prospectus
• Total course duration is calculated from Batch start date / Registration date, whichever is later to the Course End date.
• Factors which will be considered for computing refund:

1. Batch Start Date / Registration Date, whichever is later shall be considered while computing the refund, irrespective of the date on which the student started attending the classes, if any.
2. Date of submission of application for withdrawal and refund shall be considered.
3. Date of last class attended by the student shall be considered based upon the submission of application for withdrawal by student.
4. Decisions of the management will be final in considering refund applications.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF REFUND:

All refunds shall be paid through DD and/or Cheques or Online Transfer ONLY in the name and to the account of the student/parent/guardian specifically provided for the purpose along with the submitted application for refund, within 30 days from the date of receipt of an application for withdrawal of admission by the appropriate branch/centre.
Institute shall not be held responsible and/or accountable for crediting refund money to wrong account due to incorrect details furnished by the student/parent/ guardian.
